Comfortable beds made my stay pleasant, while the shower was too small for ease.

The rooms are absurdly small, barely room to move around!!! Unpleasant odors permeate the hotel, making it hard to relax!!! The lack of hot water in the shower is unacceptable!!! Overall maintenance seemed lacking!!!

Had a nice stay for a night. The staff here were super friendly and chatty, which made all the difference. I even got to eat my takeaway in the dining area, no fuss at all! The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but really, who spends loads of time in their room anyway? The bar area was cool, too.

room was comfy with a private bathroom and shower that had super hot water. reception gave us a warm welcome and the bar was great for grabbing a drink while waiting for our ride. it’s just a few mins from the airport, perfect for travel needs.

I loved my stay at the Royal Square Hotel. The location near Birmingham Airport is perfect if you have an early flight. The bar was a great spot to relax after a long day, and the garden offered a cozy space to unwind. The bed provided one of the best sleeps I’ve had, super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and gave me the energy for the day. the soundproofing in my single room was lacking. I could hear conversations from nearby rooms, which was unsettling at times. The bathroom space felt cramped, and the water temperature was uncomfortably hot. being charged for parking seemed unnecessary, especially for hotel guests.

royal square has so much potential! the staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay a bit brighter. it’s just a quick 4 minutes to birmingham airport, which is perfect for travelers. also, i appreciated the potential this hotel has, especially its location near the nec.

I had a delightful experience at this hotel! The staff, especially Kumar, made me feel so welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of my Standard Single Room was top notch, and the shower? Absolute bliss with fantastic water pressure!

Just an ideal choice for a brief sojourn in Marston Green with good value. I requested an early check-in, and it was handled quickly. Make sure to double-check early breakfast arrangements with staff before your stay.

The Double Room we stayed in had a damp smell, which was pretty unpleasant. The bed was small and awkward to use because of the box built over it, making it uncomfortable for my wife. We could hear everything from the next room. it felt like people were right there with us. The curtains opened to a dingy alley, not great for waking up to. no hot water meant we couldn’t shower before we left, which was a bit of a nightmare after a long trip.
